Country Community Honor

Country Community Honor is an Independent Expenditure Committee, a Super PAC, founded by me (Christopher Franz). It is unaffiliated and unconnected. It also happens to be unincorporated which can be seen as good or bad, depending on how you view it. Yes, there is no Board of Directors. I could take all your money and run. However, with no board of directors, it allows me to freely campaign for or against any candidate I see fit without the hassle of meetings or needing board approvals for expenditures.
Unincorporated comes with what some would see as setbacks; it limits maximum contributions to $5,000 a year per individual, so millionaires or billionaires can’t just dump money into us. I don't see this as a setback; I don't want any person or company to think they own me or this organization, believing they can control or influence which candidates are supported.
Country Community Honor was created to represent the average American: the working-class, the politically uninformed, the fed up and annoyed, the people who are sick and tired of a party system that does not represent them or value their opinions. We aim to compete against the current party establishment, both left and right, the system that has allowed America to climb 36 trillion dollars in debt. Most of our elected officials are lifelong career politicians who have been in some level of public office for decades.
Yet the American People just keep electing them, year after year, decade after decade. There is no real movement against the party system.
In his farewell address, George Washington warned of the dangers political parties pose, and how they can be used by unprincipled men to usurp the power from the people.
Has that not already happened?
For example, in 2016, the Democrat Party's Superdelegates guaranteed Hillary Clinton's nomination over Bernie Sanders. In 2020, the party not only refused to support Bernie, but they targeted Tulsi Gabbard with Hillary calling her a Russian asset. Then, the news ran it as fact. It didn't stop there either. The Democrat Party refused to hold presidential primary debates in 2024, and even used lawfare to prevent candidates like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from running as a Democrat . After Joe Biden's disastrous debate in June, the party installed Kamala Harris.
Sadly, this isn’t anything new. The Democrat Party has been subverting the will of its voter base for years, but so has the Republican Party.
In 2016, during the Republican Presidential primaries, the Republican Party worked against Donald Trump because they did not want to see him as the Republican nominee. Once Trump was elected president, the Republican Party worked behind the scenes to backstab him. In many cases, it seemed like the Republicans in the House and Senate would rather work with Democrats than Trump.
When Trump lost in 2020, the Republican Party did nothing to investigate his claim of election fraud. In my personal opinion, if they had any real morals or values, Congress would have held a contingent election. Instead, the Republicans certified the 2020 election without a second thought.
During Biden’s administration, the Republican Party did next to nothing to uphold the Constitution. They appeared to actively work with Biden (or whoever was in charge for the day) to destroy the Constitution and the rule of law by allowing millions of illegals to flood into the country and holding no one accountable. On top of that, they sat back and watched as the justice department was weaponized to target a political opponent (Trump and any of his associates). As the Democrats went full-on corrupt authoritarian, the Republicans sat back and allowed it to happen. In a nutshell, This is the Republican Party: watch the world burn and do nothing about it.
During the 2024 election cycle, the Republican Party held a Presidential primary and funded campaigns against Trump. Again, they did not want him to be the nominee.
This is the time I started working on Country Community Honor.
I could see that the people of the country wanted Trump again. They did not support the Republican Party; they supported Trump. Well, the last time Americans elected Trump, the establishment Republicans, along with the Democrats, worked against him. So, if America wanted to elect Trump, we also needed to elect a Congress that would support him.
In 2024, the goal for Country Community Honor was to primary as many establishment politicians as possible, both Democrat and Republican, but mostly Republican. If Trump won, it would be important to have Republicans willing to work with him.
Unfortunately, no one wanted to listen to what I had to say or what I was trying to do; all the attention was focused on the presidential election. Congress was an afterthought; people only cared about party lines and not what candidates stood for.
The primaries were neglected, as usual, allowing the incumbent party politicians to move to the general. In 90% of cases, this leads to the incumbent winning re-election; the only places it doesn't are swing districts, where the seat will switch parties every now and then. For most seats in Congress, the incumbent stays, wins the general election, enters office in January, files for re-election, and the process starts all over again.
The 2026 primaries cannot be neglected. If the American People want to see progress and a real difference in how Washington functions, we need to elect people who will do that. We cannot re-elect the same people who have a proven track record of failure and incompetence. On average, each House member has been in office for over 8 years, and the Senate 11 years. Some of these people have been in office for over 40 years. Why do Americans keep re-electing the same people, the same parties, who have a record of being useless and corrupt? When will enough be enough? Is it because there is nothing else?
America is basically a two-party system. Who else do you vote for? The third parties? They are a joke. What even are they? They are not moderate or rational parties; they only exist to push their agenda. That is the problem; parties have started caring more about their agenda than representing the people. That is why Country Community Honor is not a political party and will never strive to be one. Our only agenda is to get the best people running for Congress elected. It doesn't matter if you are left or right, libertarian or green: are you common sense? Are you capable of critical thought? Do you believe in the Constitution? Are you America First? Okay, let's work to get you elected because you are a hell of a lot better than whoever we have now.
However, the issue is that many of these good, rational, common-sense people will never touch politics with a 10-foot pole and avoid it like the plague. Sure, they will talk politics day and night, schooling our sitting elected officials in the Constitution and law, but the second someone mentions running for Congress, they run for the hills with their tail between their legs like cowards.
These people will quote, “The only thing needed for evil to thrive is for good men to do nothing,” while they sit there and do nothing.
Fun Fact time: Did you know that because of the McCain-Feingold Act, independent expenditure committees or Super PACs (like Country Community Honor) can campaign for someone who has not announced they are running? They actually never have to file to run, but a Super PAC can still campaign for them. I'm 99.99% sure this was put in there as a money laundering loophole, thanks for at least one thing, McCain.
Because Country Community Honor would love to use this to our advantage.
(See I am kind of an asshole.) I am sick and tired of many of these political influencers talking the talk but never actually walking the walk. I want to try to bully them into running for Congress by literally launching campaigns for them.
Another rule about independent expenditure committees is that they cannot work or collaborate with candidates. Country Community Honor cannot ask what they need, want, or even how we can help. On the other hand, we can do almost anything: launch campaign ads, host town halls, pay for events, and even hire a personal driver.
So, I think it would be hilarious just to send a driver to pick up some of these people and tell them, “Hey, I am here to drive you to your campaign rally.” These people would have no clue what is happening, but behind the scenes, an entire campaign could be in the works. Even though these people refuse to run for office, Country Community Honor could force their hand. But that's more of a side joke that I would love to be able to do. Let's get back to the main focus.
Country Community Honor wants to back the candidates running against incumbents in primary elections, on both the left and right.
Most candidates who run against incumbent politicians are tired of the party system and the games and are running because they feel they can make a real difference. They could have made amazing representatives, but never received the support they needed to win. This is what Country Community Honor wants to change.
When these candidates decided to run against the incumbent, they went head-to-head against a multibillion-dollar propaganda machine with no backup or plan, and got crushed. The political machine protects its own.
Essentially, this is the biggest hurdle for candidates who challenge the establishment: they will stop at nothing to end their campaign. I have seen this firsthand.
In 2018, I worked on a congressional campaign. It was nothing fancy; I made cold calls and went door to door collecting voter information about the upcoming primary and general elections. I did get to see and interact with upper management. It was a small campaign, with about five higher-ups overseeing campaign strategy and 20 workers. What was their main strategy? Smear and lie about their opponents, and create TV ads claiming he stole some woman's money because she couldn't afford to pay for her dog’s surgery. I was shown this ad before it was released and asked the person who created it if any of it was true. His response? He laughed and told me, “Kind of.”
No, the person did not steal money from this lady; she willingly donated to one of his past political campaigns years ago, but she was upset at him because she believed he wasted her money on his campaign. Indeed, She had a dog that needed some minor surgery, but this happened years after she donated the money in the first place, and she had no financial struggles.
I was informed of this by the person who made the ad; they crafted an entire lie and turned it into a smear ad to defame their political opponent. Not to mention, they were extremely proud of themselves. This is common and happens all the time in political campaigns. Most of the time, campaign cycles are just the candidates attacking and insulting one another. Consequently, this is what America has been voting for decades. And I'm sick of it.
That is why I created Country Community Honor. I am tired of the party system, the political establishment, all the lies and BS. I want the candidates running against incumbents to have the support they need not just to compete, but to win.
How is this possible? How can we compete against a multibillion-dollar propaganda machine? The answer: with the help of the American people.
10% of the American people who voted in 2024 is all it would take to make a real difference. It would be 15 million people coming together to support this cause. 15 million people who are willing to donate $25 a month. This would generate 4.5 billion dollars annually. That would mean 9 billion dollars every two years to put into the election cycle. 9 billion dollars to compete against the party system, backing candidates running against the political establishment.
Country Community Honor is not just a pipe dream. It is possible; enough people just need to care.
Hypothetically, if Country Community Honor takes off, we become a multibillion-dollar organization, dethrone the political parties, and give the power back to the people, what then? Will Country Community Honor still exist? The parties are gone, and things are changing for the better. What would Country Community Honor be doing?
We would still be doing the same thing: putting money behind candidates running for office. The dream goal of ousting the parties is to establish a new nonpartisan election system. No parties; just candidates running for office.
I would personally love to see a Country Community Honor building in each congressional district to act as base of operations. The building would be dedicated to holding election debates, candidate town halls, and distributing candidate information not just about one candidate but all the candidates running for Congress.
Our political party system has failed America. Maybe it's time to try something new.
If you agree with anything I said, if you want to help out, if you believe this pipe dream is possible, or maybe you just want to give a middle finger to the political establishment, donate below because together we can make a difference.
2024
In 2024 we could only campaign in one Congressional primary in 2024, Utah’s 1st District, ( Video Interview with Paul Miller). We did not have enough funds to campaign in the general. Because we are new, the majority of the election focused on the presidency and electing the party that would side with them. Most people also do not donate to political causes. We hope to change that come 2026.
If you want us to be able to do more in 2026 the we were able to do in 2024 than donate today
